, CANADA --( Nov 6, 2006 ) – Electrigaz Technologies Inc. and Incisa
Enterprises have entered into a strategic partnership agreement to
jointly develop biogas anaerobic digester power plants in the Americas .
Biogas plants are renewable energy
systems that convert organic waste
issued from farms or food industries into renewable natural gas (RNG)
or green electricity. The technology is well established in Denmark and
Germany with over 1000 MW of electricity produced from farm manure.
Under this agreement Incisa and
Electrigaz will develop biogas project
opportunities in the Americas using their combined renewable energy
expertise and local market knowledge.
